Here at BriAry Hair Studio & Salon Suites we are overflowing with exciting announcements.
We’d like to formally welcome Tosia of “Salon Tosia” to the BriAry Salon Suites family. You can find Tosia in Suite 2.
Jeamy’s clients will notice that their favorite stylist has moved across the way into her very own Suite. Welcome “Salon Gi’A” in Suite 4 as of September 1st, 2019. This is an exciting step for Jeamy and her business so stop in to wish her the best.
Have you used our online booking feature yet? We’ve upgraded our system to provide all of our clients with a smooth and simple experience. If you still prefer to call or make appointments in person, check with our management or front-of-house coordinator to get your information up to date in our upgraded system to ensure a quick, secure, and smooth booking and check-out process. Some of this information involves preferred payment methods. Your information, including any payment info, will always remain secure, encrypted, and only accessible by upper management. If you wish to update any payment preferences on file directly with management please let our front-of-house staff know and we will accommodate you.

During your next visit we hope you notice a change in our environment.
A few things to note:
We now ask that all client cell phones remain on silent or vibrate to allow a relaxing experience for our guests. If a client requires a space to make a phone call, have a conversation, or anything else that may otherwise be disruptive to patrons, we ask that they make use of our private lounge area on the lower level of the Studio.
BriAry has always strived to make our client experience enjoyable and part of this is because of our policies and procedures that we practice and consistently revise to better suit the needs of our clientele.
We would like to remind our guests that appointments running more than 15 minutes late could incur an automatic cancellation if we are unable to accommodate your services in the shortened time frame from a client’s tardiness. To avoid this scenario, please call as soon as possible and the staff at BriAry will do their very best to accommodate the situation. Part of this is an update with our system to ensure the next client’s visit is not negatively impacted and to ensure our staff can work in a peaceful and productive environment and pass that along to you, our guests.
Other scenarios related to cancellations or the requirement of prepayment are as follows, at management discretion:
$50 or 50% deposit will be required based on services
A service scheduled for more than 2 hours duration will require a 50% deposit.
Scheduling 3 or more consecutive appointments
Clients who have repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled (Full service fees may apply)
**If there is a 24hr+ cancellation on an appointment that required a deposit the deposit will be applied to your next visit with us. **
No call/No shows are subject to cancellation fees amounting to the investment of your scheduled services and a loss of a deposit at management’s discretion. This practice is typical with most professional offices like medical professions, tattoo parlors, spas, and countless other industries. A client’s failure to meet an appointment time will always significantly impact a stylist’s wages. For this reason, we have these policies in place and believe so strongly in them. It is the client’s responsibility to take note of our posted policies throughout the salon and across our media. These policies are important to us.

We would like to extend a congratulations to Courtney in Chic Scissors Hair on the exciting transitions in her life and career. Courtney has recently welcomed a newborn baby into her family as well as receiving the honor of Newington’s “2019 Best of Newington Award” in the Hair Salon category.
